About Sarah

Hi, I'm Sarah MacDonald, founder of Balance Yoga Cambridge. 
I am fully trained professional yoga teacher, each an extensive yoga background. I discovered yoga as a teenager growing up in Auckland, way back around 1990. My yoga journey has been a source of strength and inspiration for my daily life, and physical and mental wellbeing. I understand how yoga can impact the lives of people of all different ages and backgrounds, and I am committed to helping YOU discover how yoga can benefit you in your daily life. 
You may be aware that at this time Balance Yoga is undergoing some big changes, including moving from a studio based yoga community to a more mobile format. However, at its heart yoga is found in the individual's practice, and no matter where I am teaching from or in what form, I remain committed to making yoga a relevant and beneficial part of your life.
