Pregnancy Yoga Classes - every Saturday morning

PREGNANCY YOGA CLASSES Saturdays, 10.30-11.30am 2017.
Pregnancy yoga classes are held each Saturday morning, 10.30-11.30am. We welcome all expectant mothers from their second trimester onwards to join us for these classes.
We now offer prenatal yoga with a discounted monthly membership, so that mothers-to-be can build a sustainable practice throughout their pregnancy for maximum benefit, as well as being part of a supportive community of other pregnant women.

Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga gives you the time and space to be present in your continually changing body, and helps you prepare both physically and emotionally for giving birth. Under the expert guidance of specialist prenatal yoga teacher Erin Fairgray, you will learn yoga poses and breathing techniques that are most beneficial for you at this important stage of your life.

Mums & Baby Yoga Courses

Our Mums and Bubs yoga course is specially designed for mothers and their babies (aged six weeks to pre-crawling). This course will help you reconnect with your body following birth, restore good posture and refresh your mind, as well as bonding with your baby in a fun and nurturing environment.
Explore and embrace the 'fourth trimester' - with the opportunity to share the many joys and challenges of early motherhood with other local mums.

Meet your teacher - Erin Fairgray

Erin Fairgray, a mother of three primary aged children, enjoys sharing her experience in how to birth and parent consciously and equips women with a 'tool-kit' of postures and practices to embrace the changing stages of pregnancy and beyond.

Erin's knowledge of hypno-birthing principles helps women to trust their mind, breath and body to work in harmony. Her specialist training in this area includes pregnancy/postnatal with Jivamukti Yoga Sydney and Purna Yoga Byron Bay, and Mums & Bubs with Bliss Baby Yoga Auckland.
