Cambridge Yoga Classes

Spring 2023

REGULAR WEEKLY CLASSES HELD IN CAMBRIDGE

MONDAYS - 9-10am YOGA FOR ACTIVE BODIES
A mix of strength, mobility, balance and breath. A great way to ease out any sore spots from your weekend activities, and set up for a positive week ahead. Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome.

TUESDAYS - 5.30-6.30pm - ALIGN & FLOW
A more dynamic, flowing style practice starting with sun salutes or variations, standing sequences, seated poses and, as always, ending with relaxation. More physically demanding, but adaptable to all levels.

WEDNESDAYS - 9-10am GENTLE YOGA
As the name suggest, we take it a bit easier in gentle yoga, with a slower pace and lower intensity. Plenty of attention to mindful movement, exploration and breath. Great for beginners and those looking for a gentle exercise option.

Beginner's Yoga

Class details:

Location

You'll find us upstairs in the Cambridge Community Pavilion, in Victoria Square. This gives us the best of both worlds. It's a new, warm and comfortable space, and looks out over the park.

When it's fine and warm, we move outdoors onto the park. It's a great experience doing yoga in the fresh air.

What to bring

Please BYO yoga mat, blanket and yoga block and/or bolster.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Yoga is done in bare feet.
When we are outdoors, it is recommended to bring a blanket for under your mat. Also be sun-smart (hat, glasses, sunscreen, clothing as appropriate).

Prices

  • $17 casual

  • 5 class cards available $85

Payment options are online (internet banking) or cash.
