Beginner Level Yoga sessions
Next start day: Tuesday 11 November
ALL WELCOME
Looking for where to start?
Balance Yoga's Beginner's Yoga Course is the perfect place to start for anyone interested in learning the basics of yoga.
Beginner's Yoga is offered in each school term* (*Mostly, except term 4 this year). Classes cover not just 'what' to do, but the 'how' and 'why' as well. You'll discover that yoga is about a lot more than simply stretching. It's an incredible practice to help develop holistic wellbeing by working with your body, mind and breath.
Offered in a welcoming and friendly environment, we cover all the basics and set you on the path to develop a safe, effective and sustainable yoga practice to help you reach your wellbeing goals.
Some of the areas you'll cover:
Body - move better, develop strength and flexibility
Breath - learn about the power of your breath and how it affects your wellbeing
Mind - practice taming the 'busy' mind, learn relaxation and focus techniques.
Connect with yourself
Learn ways to reduce your stress levels, sleep better, and improve your mental health.
Beginner Level Classes
Sarah is currently overseas so our term four classes will start later.
I'd love to welcome you to Beginner Level Yoga.
Our term 4 dates are 11 November until 23 December (7 weeks)
Any Beginner level students are most welcome to attend.
Regular attendance will help you progress, but you are also welcome to just come along when you can.
The intensity, pace and level of these classes will be adapted to suit the students present. As in the regular beginner's course, we will cover not just the 'what' to do, but the 'how' and 'why' as well. This gives you a more detailed understanding of basic yoga concepts and poses, and a more solid foundation on which to build a practice.
