I'm Sarah MacDonald, a qualified, experienced yoga instructor. I began practicing yoga back in the 1990s, and have been teaching yoga classes in Cambridge for over 10 years.
Balance Yoga now offers yoga classes in both Cambridge and Tamahere.
There are a few differences between how these classes are offered. Please take a look and see what suits you best.

- 9am Thursdays - Gentle Yoga

Limited spaces - held in Balance Yoga private studio

- 7pm Thursdays - Unwind Yoga
