Yoga Classes in Cambridge

Want to try yoga? Come and join us... from 6 May...

Yoga classes are on hold until Monday 6 May, but take a look at the options below and plan ahead. I look forward to connecting with you once classes recommence.

I offer four regular weekly classes in Cambridge, and it's easy to join in. Classes are held upstairs in the Cambridge Community Pavilion in Victoria Square. It's a warm and comfortable venue with a view over the park.
If you are new to yoga, jump to it and join the Beginner's Yoga group on Tuesday evenings. I'd love to welcome you along, so please don't be shy. Take a look for the details below, and get ready to join me when we restart in May.

Other options include Tuesday evening Align and Flow, and two morning (9am) sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Winter 2024

YOGA IS ON A LITTLE BREAK AT THE MOMENT WHILE SARAH TRAVELS IN JAPAN. WE'RE BACK FROM 6 MAY, WITH THESE CLASSES:

MONDAYS - 9-10am YOGA FOR ACTIVE BODIES
A mix of strength, mobility, balance and breath. A great way to ease out any sore spots from your weekend activities, and set up for a positive week ahead. Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome.

TUESDAYS - 5.30-6.30pm - ALIGN & FLOW
A more dynamic, flowing style practice starting with sun salutes or variations, standing sequences, seated poses and, as always, ending with relaxation. More physically demanding, but adaptable to all levels.

WEDNESDAYS - 9-10am GENTLE YOGA
As the name suggest, we take it a bit easier in gentle yoga, with a slower pace and lower intensity. Plenty of attention to mindful movement, exploration and breath. Great for beginners and those looking for a gentle exercise option.

Beginner's Yoga

TUESDAYS 6.45-7.45pm
TERM 2 STARS TUESDAY 7 MAY, but you can join any time.

Wanting a regular Beginner level class? Learn the fundamentals well - don't get left behind. Sign up for this 10-week block of classes that will cover all the basics and help you develop a consistent yoga practice. All welcome, and mats provided.

COST: $15 for a casual class, or $120 for the ten-week block.
