Balance Yoga's Beginner's Yoga classes are the perfect place to start for anyone interested in learning the basics of yoga, or looking to continue at an accessible entry level session.
Classes cover not just 'what' to do, but the 'how' and 'why' as well. You'll discover that yoga is about a lot more than simply stretching. It's an incredible practice to help develop holistic wellbeing by working with your body, mind and breath.
Offered in a welcoming and friendly environment, we cover all the basics and set you on the path to develop a safe, effective and sustainable yoga practice to help you reach your wellbeing goals.
Some of the areas you'll cover:
Body - move better, develop strength and flexibility
Breath - learn about the power of your breath and how it affects your wellbeing
Mind - practice taming the 'busy' mind, learn relaxation and focus techniques.
Connect with yourself
Learn ways to reduce your stress levels, sleep better, and improve your mental health.
